現代社会ではグローバル化が進み、今まで以上に英語教育が欠く事のできないものになってきました。
そこで、成長発達の著しい2歳から5歳にかけて、英語遊びの中で、楽しみながら自然に学ぶ事が大変重要だと考えています。
そのために、一日中英語で子ども達と関わりながら、様々な体験を通して英語力の発達と、生きる力を身につけるよう、援助していきたいと思っております。
また、小さな子どもの気持ちを大切にしたり、保護者の方々とのコミュニケーションにも配慮する事のできる日本人保育士として頑張っていきます。

My name is Bather Nisa Razik.I am from India..I am living in Japan for the past 6 years and I am teaching english for over 4 years.I enjoy being with kids.I am excited to be here at Bears.
I hope the kids enjoy learning with me as much as I enjoy teaching them.Its gives me immense satisfaction when they are able to repeat something that I have thought them or sing a song by themselves while we are going to the park or while they are playing.
